The vacation times are average the industry.

Paid time off it aquired at every pay period. One thing some people have issues with is the holiday shutdown that has a couple days that are not paid.

Vacation is decent. But there is no paid time off. There is, in fact, unpaid time off, as in mandatory vacation or shut down during winter.

Paid vacation on major holidays. Some holidays not celebrated.

Unlimited sick time - vacation package average -- takes forever to get to 3-4 weeks off.

vacation earning rate is poor compared to industry. vacation earning is automated, and stops earning at "XX" hours with no notice , you can lose many days before you notice it stopped accumulating/ number of holidays is below industry standard

Oracle's vacation policy has always been at or behind the curve for the IT industry and lately it has gotten worse. Starting in 2015, Oracle enforces a mandatory "winter break" for the final week of the year, requiring employees to spend their already hard-earned vacation on an arbitrarily selected time period and penalizing those who do not have this time available at year end. Only 8 yearly holidays, no personal time, no combined PTO+sick leave.

Very low for industry standard
