Pretty good benefits overall with 8-10 days of paid time off. Accrued vacation can go to more than 4 weeks. Recently started shut down during christmas holidays.

Oracle is a little tight with vacation and Federal holidays. You got to use your own vacation if you want Christmas week off. But at least above the ruthless and barbaric US average (USA as a whole gets "one star" on Vacation). People in Japan get more vacation - one week "Golden Week" (1st week of May), one week "Oshogatsu" (1st week of January). And in Russia they get ridiculous amounts of official holidays. Shame on America.

Normal. Bad part is they started making you take 4 days PTO during Christmas break.

You get unlimited sick days, and you arcure 1 vaca day per month. However in December they require you to take time off for Christmas Holiday and it comes out of your accrued vacation time. if you don't have enough time saved, you go into the negative. I think that's a terrible policy.
