Overall a solid benefits plan. Health insurance for Wisconsin employees is local and priced well with Quartz, paid parental leave, long-term and short-term disability insurance paid by the company, PTO and floating holidays is ~3 weeks, and work/life balance is good. 401k match is average and there's a health club reimbursement available.

PPD's benefits and perks are very solid, including flexibility to work from home (for most roles), generous paid time off with sell back/rollover options and holidays, pet insurance and 401(k) matching. The HSA and FSA accounts provide opportunities for pre-tax savings.
