Very flexible work from home but office is sparse at times

Flexible work environment. This is a East Coast based company with early risers - many meeting at 8am EST - which would need to be time adjusted earlier to your time zone.

Flex@PTC is a program where we work in a hybrid setting. People Managers need to be in the office at least 3x/week, Individual Contributors need to be in the office at least 2x/week. There is also an "Extend Your Weekend" program in summer where you can take half days on Fridays.

WFH policies depend on the team - some employees are fully remote and others need to be in office 2-3 days a week
