After COVID almost the whole company moved to remote. Managers in some departments could not handle, too much micromanagement. They even deployed SW to track employs emails, calendar appts, phone calls and then compare each employee. Felt like spying.

Available when needed or necessary

At managers discretion, but company does not reimburse expenses for home office

I work from home full time.

I am able to work from home as needed. The managers in my department are flexible.

Very flexible with ability to work from home. Sometimes it depended on the manager, but for the most part, most people work from home at least part of the time.

You can work from home as long as you communicate this with your boss
