benefits were expensive in comparison to pay. didn't offer vision and dental. they should consider tuition reimbursement because there are a lot of college students there.

Workers get 50percent off once a month and 30 percent during the year. Very nice perk that I took advantage of.

30% in store, on line in everything they sell. Family member can use the discount and they have several family discount dates that you can share with family and friends.

It's very cheap compared to all the other discounts they offer to the general public, only 30% off your total purchase. Also the only way to get more of a discount is to earn "Payless Bucks" which doesn't happen very often. They let you add another 25% off on top of your 30% off BUT you can only use it on one item.

It is clunky to utilize online. Depends on store associate in store. Mixed results. Inconsistent training on policy within the stores.
