Work From Home

You can do all your work once you get better and very good at your job. You have to make sure you are focused and ready to answer the phone.

In my dept. You can qualify after 4 months to work at home 3days per week and they are planning to increase it to 4.

Online writing tutors get to select their hours (within a range) at the start of the school year. They are then free to decide when in the workweek they perform those hours, which is great. It lets you work at 2 am or 2 pm.

Could pick 2 days of the week to work from home

The upside is that everyone works from home - and does. The downside is that it materially impacts productivity and community feeling.
