Working from home has been a positive experience. Working from home with Pearson is great because they have a wide suite of technologies available for use.

This depends on your manager. Although the company likes to believe it is progressive with work from home, it all depends on your manager's control issues. Some old school managers do not trust employees that work from home and constantly look for reasons to bring them into the office arbitrarily just to exercise authority. No real understanding of how authority, trust, and respect work together.

This is by far the best part and probably the only reason that they have a lot of applicants.

This is a huge benefit at Pearson - but no costs are covered.

People can be either 100$ WFH or 60% office/40% WFH.

Excellent work from home options; EXCEPT managers will forget about you if you WFH and then be more likely to lay you off. Also, managers play "favorites" with people in their physical offices (which are varied).

Lots of flexibility to work from home since they have reduced office spaces globally.

Work from home is a great option when the local office is more than 40 miles away.
Person to person contact is sorely missed.
