Flexibility is awesome in their work-from home path. You can work up to 40 hours a week within a 7am to 11pm time slot 7 days a week. You can work for an hour at a time or up to 8 hours per day. They pay for breaks if you work more than 4 hours in a day. The phone support system is generally great.

For me worked out well, but each year, different leadership flip-flopped on this topic. One year, they tried to push everyone to work from home. The next year a senior leader would demand people be in the office full time. The next year, a new leader would say "I don't care where people work from". Very confusing messaging.

This is very manager-dependent. Pearson offers the option if your manager is OK with it. I only use it when I need to (sick kids, appointment at the house, etc.)
