Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.

The 401k match, the annual gainshare, the hyatt legal plan, partnering discounts, all on top of typical and affordable health benefit packages.

They have great benefits including a fitness center on site. The health benefits are a bit expensive however they do offer a great deal. The vision, dental and medical are all good.

Profit/gain share is great but not enough considering the high demand claims environment. I loved getting it but didn't miss it once I moved onto a better job.

I haven't found a company that can beat the benefits this company offers. Matching 6% 401k. Immediately vested. Great healthcare. Yearly bonuses.

Co-insurance is far to high, as are the deductibles for each plan. For a company of this size the coverage is not comprehensive nor competitive.

Loving it so far! Fantastic training,
Pros: Largely hands-off and heavily reliant on intergrity. Trust in employees and very rewarding.
Cons: if Progressive seeks to be "progressive," look at maternity benefits and wellness programs in the same way many innovative companies, such as Google have.

The tuition reimbursement is only offered after you have been with the company for a year, and the START date of the class also has to be after the one year mark.
The 401K is 100% matching up to 6% and is fully vested after 30 days. They offer a ROTH 401K, too.
