Employees at Progressive enjoy a wide range of benefits. We offer medical, dental and vision coverage and a 401(k) plan--with a 6% match. We also offer some unexpected benefits, such as seated massage, lactation rooms, on-site fitness centers ,and health clinics at our larger locations.
We even provide options to help you manage your work-life balance, including non-traditional schedules and work-from-home arrangements. Employees can also take part in a number of programs to succeed in their role and grow their career, including in-house training programs, mentorships, and tuition assistance. It's not surprise that we also offer free employee courses on how to improve their overall health, ranging from stress management to financial health.
And, there are a lot more benefits sprinkled into the mix.
Their insurance is pretty standard. Their vision insurance is actually a financial loss when you look at the premium paid per year plus what you actually get. Only beneficial if you have a family.

broad benefit offerings priced well. Would like to see paid time off for parents and would like to see testing for smoking so could reduce insurance premiums.

401K 6% match. Gainshare at 15% (although I hear it is going down). Gaineshare is a year end bonus. We have a monthly performance factor of a number from 0 to 2. Normal year we aim for a 1 which would give us 1 X 15% bonus. On a super good year we could get 2 X 15% bonus. That is the incentive to work hard and make the company money

Progressive offers a great 401k matching program and a great gainshare at the end of the year. Paid time off is also pretty reasonable.

company perks are AWESOME.
you rarely ever have to pay out of pocket.
Aetna isn't my favorite provider and you don't exactly select specifics but it's for a good rate. I don't enjoy not being able to change deductible but I still have to look into that.

Pros: 401k plan, 100% vested right away, full dental and medical (comes out of paycheck), Gainshare bonus at end of year
Cons: Sick/PTO time is earned at 5.5 hours every 2 weeks, so it makes it a bit difficult to schedule time off for the first year
