Time off is accrued. Some positions are more flexible than others. Work from home opportunities are available. Great 401k plan with 6% match. Tuition reimbursement hasn't increased in the 10+ years I've been there, but it's still offered.

Company has many benefit programs with companies, offering lower rates and cheaper prices for other products with other business. 401k currently matches 6%. Many cultural potlucks and celebrations (for Sacramento site), extremely open environment.

The health insurance isn't the best but it's not the worst either. Health insurance is through Aetna and you have a choice between a high deductible of $2500 or a low deductible of $500. They have college tuition reimbursement of $2000 per year and it doesn't matter what your degree is. At the end of the year everyone looks forward to Gainshare. Basically you receive 8% of your salary determined by a multiplier of the Gainshare target reached for the year. On average its between $4000 to $5000. They match your 401K up to 6%. They do have dependent care of $30 per child per pay period. They offer maternity leave for both moms and dads. Progressive is also friendly and supportive of alternative lifestyles.
