RBC benefits

RBC has good benefit package, including 401 k, company matching, vacation, etc.

This company provides excellent health package and match of 401k for longer tenured employees.

Medical plan is expensive. Company does contribute to Health Savings Account but it is not an upfront lump sum as other companies provide. The contribution is made in small increments each month. The company does 6% 401k match but it takes five years to vest. So unless you plan to stay for a lifetime, you'll never see that match.

RBC has a generous benefits package. Medical has many options to suite most needs.

Great benefits. Not much to comment negatively about.

401k and health benefits were good but other benefits or perks in the USA where limited or of no real applicable. Better benefits available in Canada. Paid time off was much more generous than similar firms in the US.

I haven't discovered any benefit package because I was working as an intern at Royal Bank of Canada. But the experience is great and it's recommended.

Great Laid back style. Decent benefits + 6 weeks of parental time off.
