20 days of PTO (excludes the fact that whenever the market is closed, you are off), great health insurance through blue cross blue shield. Retirement account matching/contribution as you become more senior for the company. Very solid job security in my opinion. Overall great benefits in my opinion, but you could argue that all the big banks have this. Work from home is allowed 1 day per week. Generally expected to be in the office 4 days per week. I'd assume this could change to 5 days in the office, but who knows.
