Training depends on the department

The training is good but it depends on the specific team member training you.

The job training was okay, but also toxic, you’d have a week to learn the whole menu and test on it, via IPAD they provided, after you get certified you gain 1$ more in $PerHour, but once they throw you on the line they just expect you know what to do in your first day. Managers and Servers will cuss and demand and yell at cooks, it was just very very toxic

They try to adequately train you before beginning

They train you on how to make all of the different burgers.

Im sure it is very good and improves over.

Minimal - you shouldn't serve here if you haven't work in a very fast paced restaurant before

For serving you will have good training very friendly servers and they work hard but the host are normally immature high schoolers so not much drive for the job

Training is usually limited to only a day or two which is barely enough time to get a grasp on the basics.
