Job Training

Red Robin does a great job at training, there are many systems in place to help you gain the knowledge that you need to be able to do your job.

I did alot of on my own training. The trianing program at the time was awful. towards the end of my time there it was getting better.

Developing their team was not the best in the world. Developing managers was extremely lacking, as your ROD barely helped develop, and god forbid your GM actually does their job.

They have a very detailed, paid training program that gets you ready for any situation and you will fully know ingredients.

Way too extensive of a training program. Overfilling with some knowledge you don't need. Overload

When I started it was really bumpy and needed a lot of work. But since I've gotten into training our group of trainers have gotten much better.

They don't follow the program correctly and a lot of people get out of training and have no clue what they are doing.

Trainers in a particular Charlotte location seemed to complain to train me to bartend since I had no experience and was an outsider. They sucked at training me which really hurt me bc bartending was something I really wanted to do.

their job training is amazing! you practice on an interactive tablet your first few days and you have a trainer with you for 4 or 5 days so you can actually learn the job. They have designated trainers but almost everyone helps and welcomes new people
