Horrible training environment!!!!! I was trained by the best person ever, his name was Andy. After he left there was no one so they sent me to a horrible training session to be a trainer and it didn't even come with a raise.

Job training was terrible when I started but got much better throughout the year. They started using iPad apps designed to help memorize recipes and had a good system of peer training.

training was not the best they have trainers but you dont always get them sometimes you might have someone with one or two days training themselves and they dont mind throwing to the wolves on a busy night
