You learn on the job. The computer based courses are expected to be taken while working. There is no real dedicated training time.

The training was very informative and made me feel prepared for the job!

Job training was done only for a day. Although it was offered more if I wanted but not mandatory

I did not get the training I was promised. I had 10 minutes on the cash register and was thrown into it. I was told that the first 2 days would be spent on the computer learning mandatory courses. But that never happened.

You're thrown into it. There's really nothing you can prepare for, it's mostly practice that makes you better

mostly the train was bad according to the store manager you may be finding yourself stuck on the register
