The computer based training is really boring, awful and unhelpful, and then when there are like seminar classes, no one takes it seriously. Often managers don't want to take the time to teach you new things.

Best thing was easy computer training. Worst thing was the length of the training over several days.

The majority of the training is via CBT's or computer-based training. I had some on the job training with both general manager and assistant manager about general procedures and how to use the gun and access further info via the web portal.

Terrible. No time at all to train the employees properly.

If there was a zero rating I would give it a zero. They are very bad with training. You have to learn on your own or by calling another store. They expect you to know everything without training you. They throw technicians in to work with you that don't even know how to work a register, let alone be skillful at the complicated computer system that's forever changing.

This is the worst, especially for the Wellness Ambassadors, because the stores don't really understand your role.
