Submitting time off request is easy

Good luck getting it approved. "We're too short handed."

The vacation plan is not bad if you get to use it. But if you can't get away from the office to use the vacation time or as was often the case you had job duties to perform from a remote location while on vacation, you lose your vacation time at the end of the calander year.

I would say the pto policy matches the market

Not enough vacation time for managers

2 weeks and two floating holidays plus 40 hours sick time

Best benefit in CA was carry over of vacation days.

You're provided the standard 2-week vacation per year and will not increase unless you've been with the company for a few years.
