SAS is a great place to work. Its on-site day care really provides work-life balance for new parents.

The best benefits and perks are available to employees at world headquarters. I take advantage of subsidized breakfast and lunch, the gym, onsite healthcare and pharmacy. My child attended the very affordable daycare and preschool and it was a wonderful experience for him and me. The campus is absolutely stunning. 401k benefits are better at other companies, but these aren't bad. The vacation policy is in-line with other big companies. The total health plan is solid and affordable with excellent coverage.

The healthcare benefits package has slowly gone downhill over the years and is not in line with what the rest of the industry offers.

Healthcare coverage is affordable. Benefits get a little worse every year however.

They do not offer a Health Savings Account option. Company contributes 3% to retirement each year, but this lags far behind other employers in the area who are contributing up to 10% (sometimes matched, sometimes not). Vacation time does not increase until you've been at the company for 10 years.

Great benefits. The health and dental insurance are top notch. They allow you to work from home if you are remote. They also provide gym membership reimbursement and discounts on child care.

Company offers a considerable about of perks like onsite wellness center, daycare, and pharmacy. health care benefits are comparable to top employers, good 401k program. Overall, benefits package is great.
