If you live in North Carolina and work out of the Cary office, you can not beat the local benefits on campass

Healthcare is very reasonable even when covering an entire family. Benefits are generous. There is an onsite healthcare facility for all general medical needs including lab work. Referrals for anything that requires a specialist. 401k is good and certain types of contributions are made for every employee regardless of employee's participation in the plan. I've heard that maternity benefits are very good, but I don't know that from personal experience. Family leave/bereavement is also good. Vacation is good - three weeks to start plus the holiday week between Christmas and New Year. Additional week given after 10 years. Onsite gym, yoga classes, fitness instructors, team sports, tennis courts, trails for running and walking, pool, showers/locker rooms in the basements of buildings so that you can run or walk from your office and don't have to go to the gym for that. Saves a lot of time! Multiple cafeterias with employee discount for meals.

Healthcare & 401K are by far the best benefits. A close second is SAS just started offering tuition reimbursement

Christmas shutdown is paid time off as you don't have to take vacation time.

Very comprehensive benefits package that extends to family members.

There are not many downfalls to the Benefits.

The SAS Benefits package is world-class. Great pay, super benefits, low out-of-pocket costs fir medical, dental, and vision.

Great onsite benefits for the Cary campus! Only area of improvement would be unlimited PTO as some other large tech companies are doing now. Otherwise campus is gorgeous, work life balance is good, and the company seems to care about its employees.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the benefits package...it is simply top-notch!
