Health Insurance benefits are amazing. Out of pocket costs are very low and converge is unbelievable. Eye insurance benefits fully cover new contacts/glasses and exams every year.

Great medical dental and vision plans. The daycare benefit is the best for parents I guess.

The health benefits are the best part of the benefit package. SAS offers coverage for many health related needs that other companies don't... things from IVF to crowns for your teeth or acupuncture or massages. Most all providers comment on how great SAS's coverage is.

Best: health and life insurance, beautiful campus with subsidized dining (excellent food), individual offices, onsite healthcare and recreation and fitness centers. Active work/life employee programs. Separate sick day program.
Worst: No additional benefits are provided past a 10-year tenure. Vacation is capped at 3 weeks after 10 years of service. No unpaid extra leave. The value of the daycare program v. general healthcare is very uneven. No health insurance coverage at retirement. Work at home ability is unevenly applied.
