For a first job after college it seems like most everything is covered. Automatic 3% contribution to 401k and $0.50/$1.00 matched on up to 6% contributions. No limit on sick days (for support staff), 2 weeks vacation time that gets paid out at the end of the year for unused hours, and what seems like a pretty reasonable amount of health insurance assistance.

Company matching of 401 K up to 3% is a good thing. Con - They are constantly messing with the health benefits packages.

Overall not bad but most of employees were forced to switch to HSA due to Premium coverage cost increase. Standard benefits, no fancy perks but everything is good. Vocational time was cut off lastly which is not good.
