The worst thing is there are Union shops in the network paying zero for full medical while non-Union pay a lot.

I worked there under contract and was not able to utilize the benefits package. The contract house that I was employed at didn't offer insurance or a benefits package either. It is just a part of the contracting gig.

The best thing about Turbomeca benefits were you given your PTO at your 90 days for full use. It was 10 days with 5 days of paid sick time. The worst part was the insurance, many sites had fully paid medical while other sites such as TMUSA were left footing the bill. 15%+ increase over last two years

Really hope they could do better in term of healthcare plan. The healthcare costs keep increasing faster than the salary raises.

401k isnt bad. Not as good as other companies. Salary caps keep you stuck and take away any motivation to strive to do more or work harder because no mater how hard you work or how little it doesnt matter your pay isnt going to change. holiday plan is good. Health insurance keeps going up and coverage goes down.

You receive 1 week of sick time and 2 weeks of vacation. It is only after 5 years of working there that you receive a extra week of vacation. The benefits are okay. I would advise getting involved in their PEGI system the first chance you get it.
