Not the best training, but hey, it's a retail job.

There is almost none. Management gives employees information that excepts Sam's Club from liability, but provides very little on-the-job training. Mostly employees learn by doing wrong and failing, then get disciplined, then they try again. Very inefficient training that causes poor customer experience.

there are alway opportunities for training.

best: the co-workers are helpful to you and friendly in the beginning, worst: depending on the super-visor that's there the day your working can either help encourage you to do better or discourage you and have you fail!
