They make you get on a computer for the first week or so. you will have i think 60 plus CBL's to do, Which is computer based learning.
After you do your CBLS they pair you with someone in your job catagory and you shadow that person for 3 days, after that you are on your own.

They train you... and then they leave you to the wolves and if you dont pick up how to sell upgrades on memberships and credit cards and service plans good luck in life. Even though that was not mentioned any where in your interview its the back bone of sam's club and if you cant hang you will be out that door in 90 days or less.
