It was a very thorough training for the job. It was a few hours long but I've learned a lot about the job and what to do in certain situations.

Best is that it was a couple of videos and easy tests... Worst is that they don't train you on everything and it just seems to come up when they realize you haven't been doing it.

The health care is good for what you pay for, but there are limited doctors and some of the benefits are unclear so be careful with what visits/surgeries you need. You may be left with a bill they should have picked up/ they won't pick up

Training is minimal at best but not a hard job. You'll learn more with time.

It is way too simple, seems too good to be true. So whether that is a plus or minus to you, you can decide.

There is a lot of test and videos you are watching during the training and you have to pass the test in order to go to orientation and to get your guard card (if you don't already have it). The test are easy.

all of their training is done at the site they give you. the only class they have before they put you at a post is an 8 hour course on how to not sexually harass your coworkers,
