Job Training

The training is very fast and a one day training Process

You’ll either have someone that know what their doing or your on your own sometimes.

Job training is average. Nothing special but it is a first job for many.

No training department, and some its already outdated

They do train you to do your assigned job, but it is very rushed. You are just thrown into the fire in hopes you'll succeed.

Depending on the store,you may have friendly attentive managers whom are able to cope with the stress of teaching new hires the proper way to do their jod and in doing so give encoragement,where as to build the confidence and the effenciecy of there employee

Everyone was super helpful with training and making sure I knew what I was doing before I was left alone to work as an individual.

Just learning everything is so complex but yet organized.
