There is online training that is suposed to be required, but no one does it, even the managers. I can tell as no one does things the same way. I even asked people a question straight from the e-learning and no one got it right.

When the marketing team "test stores" for new promotions, they always fail to take in consideration how it affects the small volume stores. Which makes the small stores fail easily or not perform like the higher volume stores.

They always had people;e who knew what they were doing training people. I learned basically everything within 2 days, which is pretty impressive. Only bad thing is once you are trained the expect you to not make mistakes.

The worst thing is they make you stand at the managers desk and do online training for a long time. Best thing it's very easy to learn things at sonic
