The best thing about sonic awesomeness

You're supposed to train for 2 weeks (During training, you make 7.25/hr and normally you'd make 4.25/hr). HOWEVER, due to my fast-learning abilities, training lasted only 2 days. No one showed me how to work the switch board, how to make anything to drink, or NOTHING

Training isn't efficient enough

Showed up to my first day of work for training, spend that and the next two days in front of a computer screen as it told me everything I needed to know about food handling and Sonic. Started out washing dishes and the friers until I picked up what everyone else does. Pretty standard training.

The training was presented in a logical and orderly fashion, and the trainer was detail oriented. You first were told what to do, then shown, then you tried it yourself. If you weren't good at first, they were patient.

You get to learn everything. Theres nothing worst about it

Ridiculously long and very uninformative online videos/lesson/quiz series. Basically a large waste of time. When you start out you'll get some help learning things, but after that good luck getting any help to learn anything when you ask. Most employees were very unhelpful and rude.

Training is great if an actual crew trainer is employed and knows their job well
