Store mangement is 6 weeks paid training. everyone else is about a week paid training

It’s easy if you can work your way around a computer

Great training and a great environment to work

Job training when available and by appointment

They pride themselves on training but their training program isn’t thorough… they basically run you through it if you catch on quick your are considered trained way too soon. They don’t allow sufficient time for management to be able to train new employees

Not much in the way of training here.

They pay more for training then you make to work and training is not done well basically you are told to stay in the store do computer work and clean. They stopped showing what needs to be done and just complain when they have to do what they refuse to train for

The training covered most of what you run into on a daily basis. There were some problems and tasks that occurred that the training didn't cover, however, such as how to make the sandwiches for the deli case.

Training videos were very incomplete but offered some guidance. Virtually no hands-on training or proper guidance. Sink or swim!
