You do get paid training the first week on the computer...then they train you hands on for a few days then you are on your own. Of course if yiu need help everyome is there to help except night shift and yiu are just SOL :)

They poorly train you I’m not gonna say every speedway but I know the one I work at threw me on the register by myself knowing I had no experience several days later I got written up because I rung up lottery wrong

I felt like I was adequately prepared in the time I was given for my training. Moreover, all employees are required to complete training videos every few months, no matter how long they've worked there.
