they show you what to do so that's good I'd say it's decent enough but it really depends on the competence of the person training you like if someone awful or dumb trains you you won't know anything and you'll have to watch other people or teach yourself

I was trained by a regular employee who was quite shy. I did everything she told me to, but when performing around the business owner/manager, I got flack for doing what I was trained to do and how I was trained to do it.

You stare at a computer and answer multiple choice questions, after that you take a food handlers test which their “training” doesn’t go other everything.

Usually you get trained by another employee who worked there slightly longer than you.

Worst thing was the long videos and test.

They teach you how to work at subway and nothing else, the skills don't transfer to other careers.

You learn how to make a sandwich, not much else to say really

It was not accessible for part time employees which is all that they hired. It was not enjoyable at all and would not recommend.
