Best thing is that first timers are almost never left to just figure things out. Worst, it's really repetitive for non first timers.

There is a lot of job training due in working at subway hopefully you will get the gist

You get to have free sandwiches. One six inch per shift. Free drinks. Uniforms should come free. That's about all

Fairly easy, short videos with a quiz after.

They train you but expect you to be perfect immediately

I really can't say anything about bad or good. I feel at least the subway that I work at have been very helpful in having me make sandwiches the right way. The only thing that I am upset about is that they expect me to be out of the store by 10:30 at night when I'm the closer. The store closes at 10:00 pm and I have a one-half hour to count inventory, clean up, put the food in the freezer and close the register for the day. It can't be done all the time if you have customers that come in at 2 minutes before 10. I had to leave the store in a mess pretty much because I was told to punch out by 10:30. I punched out at 10:32 and still stayed to 11 and didn't get paid for my half an hour that I worked past 10:30. I will not work for a company that doesn't want to pay an employee the time that I work. Just saying.

It is pretty simple training that teaches you how to operate the restaurants and rules to follow

Shadowing isnt training. Three days isnt sufficient to take on closing the entire store alone. Dont train with people working from other stores. They do their closing their way and it becomes confusing on which is which.
