Job Training

Prepared for the job internally but not sure how easy it will be to transfer them to my next position

The training at Subway was not horrible, however it was brief. On my first day I was put on to the line and this was frustrating for not only the customers but also my coworkers. Employees are not taught everything they should be and proper training is skipped over.

It could have been better

The job training was simple and straightforward as it pertains to assembling sandwiches.

Only one training day.

The best thing about my training was that when I asked a question i was acknowledged and answered, they also have cheat sheet on the sandwich board for the new employees so that they can see how many slices of meat come on a sandwich.

The worst thing about the training is that if a customer appears at the moment of your training you'll be on your own

It's on the computer and they tried to get me to do it at home. Sorry but I don't work for free
