Less than 2 weeks of vacation paid and flex holidays since it was very limited on the holiday pay and time off. Almost always working on scheduled holidays and vacation was never when you needed it . You had to use or loose on their time schedule.

The vacation and Paid time off offered from Support.com is great that they actually offer it but they use it automatically for any voluntary time off you take and you cannot stop it from happening.

It's typical and in line with most companies. They offer "voluntary time off" as work needs demand, but that is unpaid unless you choose to use your PTO.

About 12 days a year increased by 1 day ever 2 years to a total of 5 more days. No sick leave you have to use vacation time if you want to get paid when sick.

vacation time ... don't even think about PTO or vacation ... like pulling teeth to get your time off and that's IF you make it the first 6 months. no pay no stay which mean burn out from mandatory OT because everyone quits as soon as they find a better job -- more like a job that pays correctly therefore you never know ....

The rules and how to request time off changed multiple times within the span of 2 years of being there making it difficult to plan ahead to take off major holidays or prepare for a vacation in advance.

We get a vacation? Paid time off accumulates at a rate of 1.36 hours every two weeks.

They take all of this if you have any absences to cover the missed time. Impossible to plan a future vacation if something happens in your personal life. Cannot opt to take unpaid leave.
