The hardest thing to do is to use your PTO. You will accumulate a lot of it just can't ever use it.

Vacations and time offf are average. Its nice that there is like a random drawing for some of that, though. Most other scheduling benefits are based on your performance metrics.

They get away with not giving you time and a half on holidays by giving you 'Paid holiday time off' so you can take the days off at another point in time.

its vacation and paid time off, starting from day 1.... can't beat that. They do offer voluntary time off when the call volume is low, and you can clock out early with the option to use PTO hours.
