Holidays are paid out as floating days so you can use the hours as you wish rather than be stuck getting paid only on the holiday. Much more beneficial for planning time off than traditional holiday pay. Accrued time approach is better than most companies which give you only a week of vacation and no sick time.

No real experience because the process is so complicated that it's not worth requesting.

Both exempt and non-exempt positions have PTO as well as Floating Holidays. As an exempt employee (Salary) you can expect about 1 month per year of total Paid Days Off (PTO+FH). As a non-exempt (Hourly) employee you can expect a total of 12 paid days off the first year (PTO+FH).

No holidays off, but you are given floating holidays to compensate. Starts off at 5 days of PTO and 7 floating holidays accrued per year.

2 weeks a year to start accrued throughout the year. Once hired you start with 0 then every 2 weeks after that you get almost 4 hours of time off. Not too bad when you think about it.
