No good things, basic benefit package. No match for 401K and no separate sick day policy, it's included in vacation days.

benefits were nice especially if you only needed them for yourself. other than that it was pretty costly.

You don’t get a 401k because they don’t plan on keeping even the most loyal of employees. They look for the seat to be filled and that’s it. You’ll most likely receive a pay increase but that will be all.

There is no 401K matching and sick days and holidays are lumped together.

Only 401k for part timers, and to be frank, not a very good one.

Sutherland is not a good company when it comes to perks, they are slow to provide details to other companies such as ADP. Health benefits are offered but you have to pay for them yourself and they are not affordable.

Best part about ththe benefits is PTO (80 hours a year),the ability to use half of your PTO before it is earned, a great starting pay of $13/hr, health insurance, and a 401 plan.

The health insurance was the best part. It was hard getting time off because the company required attendance during peak times.
