no 401k match and use it or lose it pto (with often not a chance to use it if you cared about your performance) were pretty sucky. health benefits pretty good

As a single person, I chose not to select the health insurance. My payments for me alone would have been $600 a month. I refused to pay that much for insurance. A family of 4 would pay about $850 month. Sutherland's insurance plan sucks!!!

I don't really have anything to say about their benefits package. I think the paid time off provided is reasonable.
