The main reason I give this company a 1 star is because they denied me my benefits.
During the winter of 2016 we had our benefits set to renew. I was set to renew for the most basic plan my company offered as that is what I was on originally.
The day before the deadline to change your benefits rolled around and I wanted to check out the next tiered package for my health insurance. When I did and saw there was no benefit I tried to select my original package. A glitch in the system caused me to be unable to select my original benefit. My only other option was to select an even higher tiered package which I could not afford.
I talked to my management, HR, and benefits department. Every single one of them bounced me to the other, in the end I lost my health insurance. The following winter of 2016/2017 was the worst in my life due to my physical health.
PTO/Time off was moderate but chaotic. A two week in advance system had been set in place. However those with ins to managers could request vacations well in advance. This caused disruption for others who abided by the 2 weeks in advance ruling.

Participation in the 401(k) is mandatory. There is no distinction between "Sick Leave" and "Vacation Leave" it is all lumped together. However, at least they offer Paid Time Off at all--a lot of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies do not offer this benefit to hourly employees.
The Vision Plan was not very good--it is not accepted by any of the major chains.

Pretty average, standard package you'll get at just about any job, the bare minimum of what's required. Full range, however, after only a few months.

You don't get time off until you've worked there for 6 months. And it doesn't accrue while you're working.

The best thing is that they automatically submitted a portion of my wages into a 401k that I was completely unaware of

You had the option to choose healthcare or if you didn't needed it you got an extra $4.02 an hour and because they pay for your benefits all of them .
