I'm now paying nearly 550$ a pay period (2 weeks). When I started I was told they did 401k matching up to 3%, thats a lie.

Vacation time was good for salaried employees but it was hard to actually get the time off.

The health insurance you're offered is dependent on what program you choose. The health insurance I was offered was very expensive, but I assume it'd be worth it. I wouldn't know, because I was given the most difficult time attempting to enroll.

After a few years, the benefits are phenomenal. The first few years are standard they pay half.

The health and dental package is great, if you're willing to have over half of your salary a month go to that.

The company provides benefits but they are relatively expensive at the top tier especially if you are a single person. The top tier Health insurance is about $150 every payday. With the base pay of $9.00/hr it really takes a toll on the paycheck.
