They offer health, vision and dental benefits which is good. You have to pay though to get it and the more people on the insurance the higher the cost.

No Match on 401k, health insurance is fairly costly and you have to pay attention to your pay stub, as with Tenure the employee cost is supposed to decrease and the HR ignores any mention of it.

Best - health insurance; no worst thing

As I've been with the company for 2 weeks I'm completely clueless on what benefits are actually offered. This is normally covered in orientation at every company that I've ever worked for. Not the case here, as of today I'm still trying to get that information. I was just informed today of my actual correct pay date.

Lots of vacation days for those who stay a long time and you can borrow from future days. I only took dental and vision. I thought the health was high. They automatically deduct for 401k unless you tell them not to.

The 401k offers no matching from the company. The medical insurance offered wasn't the most comprehensive but was fairly affordable. They do participate in a company sponsored program that offers discounts at a variety of businesses and services.

Benefits are extremely expensive and do not cover more than basic services. The company is very hesitant to share with you the cost options for insurance packages.
