Great Insurance program. Coming from selling insurance and understanding all plans out there, the Swedish Plan is one of the most comprehensive health insurance plans out there! Definitely it is the best!

The cost is the worst; and The deductible. Yes we are offered insurance but at a price.

Since I worked at Swedish if I ended up needing something quick I can get it done quick at any swedish, You can find those really nice easy going Dr's who will look you up and down and say yup based on what you are telling me and since you are a nurse, you have blank blank blank here are some abx and get some rest. The specialty care is really great too with the insurance so overall I was pleased with the insurance.

The insurance package is terrible even within SMC; however, it is noteworthy that nearly all employers outside of the tech industry are stripping quality healthcare from their employers.

Great benefits with somewhat of a discount for using their facilities.

10/year alternative medicine visits. You still have to pay a lot for any type of injury/ED visits, procedures, etc.

High deductible and then high copays, very strange for a hospital to not offer better healthcare.

You could do better but Providence owns everything and everyone in Seattle...
