The benefits for a family of 4 self included were great. Short and long term disability, life insurance, injury insurance just to name a few were reasonable even with extremely hi current insurance rates.

Being a large company, they were able to self insure for anything less than catastrophic, which had to have led to slightly lower premium costs
They also offered decent services outside of care, like on call nurses for questions.

Terrible prices on all benefits, especially all medical plans. If you don't make enough that week to cover all your pay deductions for your benefits, they will immediately send you a bill to your home to pay now! They won't wait till the next pay period. They just don't trust any drivers what so ever.
