They have pretty Good benefits

Not enough vacation days, but at least you start with PTO in your first year without a waiting period

The benefits are really decent.

401 Benefits payed-vacations (up to 1 week)

Decent health package but really expensive for the coverage. Companies of the same size often have better benefits from experience. 401k plan match at end of year. NO PTO for drivers but based on tenure you are paid on your anniversary.

Best thing is generous PTO and competitive benefits.
