Swift Transportation benefits

Swift offers many different benefits, but cost is the biggest factor. To take advantage of all offerings would be cost-prohibitive. FMLA and maternity leave are unpaid. I would like to see Swift add paid maternity leave benefits.

Expensive! Anything you could want insurance wise is basically available... but you will pay out the nose for it. At least as a driver.

Paid time off is accrued... sick days and vacation days are all wrapped up into one

It's very expensive. If I remember right, the bronze package was 130 dollars a week. And I was maybe making 1000 a week on a good week. Don't recall any 401k option but I'm sure they had one. I just never intended on staying there because there are so many better jobs you can get once you have experience.

The low amount of mileage pay

A person has to put the money in for themselves while the puts nothing

Wide variety of benefits to choose from. Expensive but available.

Swift has benefit packages like any other trucking company.

Benefits cost wayyy too much for a family

Great Benefits, however the insurance provider I go through doesn’t do company lab work.. ??
