honestly, could and should be even longer. great that parents are offered same leaves regardless of gender and birth-vs-adoption status

Maternity and paternity leave is generous or at least standard

Target expands match leave beyond state minimums.

I don't have any personal experience with this, but multiple leaders in my building have taken Maternity leave and it seems pretty good! I know there are different amounts of time you can take of depending on your tenure at Target.
