Paid vacation was only given if you worked 32+ hours which lucky enough for me was given since I was a full time team member. I was also lucky enough to rack up a significant amount of paid time off that I was able get approved even though vacation time was never a guarantee at Target.

This was great thing to get paid while I took a vacation. But it depends on how much time you have with the company.

There's so little of it. One day for your first year (!!!), and you don't accrue up to 2 weeks until you've worked with target for FIVE YEARS.

You accrue it, but you aren't always able to use it. You need to plan it out in advance to make sure it's approved and you basically can't take vacation from mid October until January in stores if your a leader
